MTNL launches customer care portal

In New Delhi, India, the Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL), recently, launched a Business-to-Customer (B2C) portal or customer care portal http://customercare.mtnl.in to ensure a hassle-free online transactions for all customers. Now, the customers do not have to wait in queues.
